2.失效模式分析/FMEA
全面了解產品的功能用途及特性，針對重點、難點擬定解決方案。從不同理念，不同專業的視角去檢討排樣、成型結構的合理性以及重點尺寸的控制等，從而突破專業領域的慣性思維。
Fully understand the functions, uses, and characteristics of the product, and develop solutions for key and difficult points. Review the rationality of layout and forming structures, as well as the control of key dimensions, from different perspectives of different concepts and professions, in order to break through the inertia thinking in the professional field.
3.圖紙審核/Drawing Review
完成設計后，圖面會通過嚴格的審查，包括確保方案的可行性、檢查尺寸標注、材質的選用、公差的合理性、加工的可行性以及零件編號等細節，以確保一致的控制要求。
After completing the design, the drawings will undergo strict review, including ensuring the feasibility of the plan; Check the dimensions, material selection, rationality of tolerances, feasibility of processing, and details such as part numbers to ensure consistent control requirements.
